President
Michelle M. Taylor, PP, AICP & CNU-A
Ms. Taylor is a professional planner who has been working in both the public and private sectors for over 25 years. Within the firm, Ms. Taylor concentrates on land planning, redevelopment planning, infill development, ordinance preparation, design guidelines, and form based codes. She is experienced in the implementation of place based architecture and community building. Ms. Taylor represents the firm in Delanco, Medford, and Moorestown. Ms. Taylor has won planning awards from the New Jersey Planning Officials for Ocean City’s Form and Character Study and the Borough of Avalon Master Plan. Ms. Taylor also provides planning testimony for private clients and specializes in Use Variance applications. She enjoys an excellent reputation and provides sound planning solutions to her clients. Prior to continuing in the private sector with Taylor Design Group, Inc., Ms. Taylor was a sole proprietor, and was employed by Menlo Engineering Associates, Heyer Gruel & Associates, and Greenberg Farrow Architecture. Her earliest experience was in the public sector as Zoning Officer and Community Development Director for Deptford and Eastampton Townships. Ms. Taylor received a BS in Environmental Planning from Rutgers University in 1990. She volunteers as a speaker for the New Jersey Planning Officials.​

Vice President
Scott D. Taylor. LLA, AICP, PP, LEED AP
Scott D. Taylor, LLA, AICP, PP, LEEP AP, is Vice President of the firm, and has over 30 years in practice as a Professional Planner and Landscape Architect with a special emphasis in Municipal and Board Consulting, and Park Design. Mr. Taylor has represented dozens of Municipalities as Planner & Landscape Architect, and has designed over 150 parks throughout the region. Scott has published professional articles, and has lectured on park design at the NJ Recreation and Park Association’s Annual Conference. Mr. Taylor has received numerous awards for Parks and Streetscape projects from the American Society of Landscape Architects- NJ Chapter, and the NJ Recreation & Park Association among others. Prior to co-founding Taylor Design Group, Inc. in 2001, Mr. Taylor was the Director of Municipal Services for Melillo & Bauer Associates of Manasquan, NJ.

Director of Projects
Steven Lennon, LLA, ASLA, PP
Mr. Lennon is a Senior Landscape Architect with over 20 years of experience as a Landscape Architect. His expertise includes design and construction administration of public parks, retail development, and multi-family housing.Prior to joining TDG, Mr. Lennon was the Director of Landscape Architecture Services at spg3 and Cassway/Albert Ltd. He was responsible for the design of both urban and rural parks and worked closely with staff Architects on all phases of development for a variety of project types including retail, entertainment, hospitality and housing. Additional previous experience with Kelly/Varnell/Virgona includes the design of residential estates and gardens as well as public parks.

Business Manager
Holly Pasqua
Ms. Pasqua has been with TDG since 2004 after receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from Rowan University. Her illustrations have been published in several issues of Rowan Today. Holly is responsible for human resources, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

Senior Landscape Architect
Elaine A. Mills, PLA, ISA Certified Arborist, LEED AP
Ms. Mills has over 20 years of experience as a Landscape Architect and Planner, specializing in park and campus design, municipal consultation, historic landscape preservation, and landscape communication. She serves as assistant to the planner for numerous municipalities and engages in design and construction administration for parks and trails. She is licensed in New Jersey, Florida, and Pennsylvania.​​Ms. Mills is an award-winning author of The Gardens of Miami and The Trees of Lawrenceville, A Walking Tour. She received a National Association of Olmsted Parks 2022 HALS Olmsted Challenge Certificate of Commendation.

Landscape Architect
Brandon Guy
Drawing on over 12 years of experience, Brandon approaches landscape architecture with a focus on collaboration and practical, design-driven problem-solving.
Before joining TDG, Brandon worked in-house alongside landscape architects, engineers, and architects. The diverse experience gained through those collaborations informs his ability to deliver well-rounded, integrated design solutions.

Junior Landscape Architect
Christine Trimble
Miss Trimble joined the TDG team in 2019 as a Junior Landscape Architect, after receiving a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Delaware Valley University that same year. During her studies, she received an ASLA Honors award from the PA-DE chapter in May of 2019.​
Prior to joining, she completed various internships as an apprentice designer with Terra Flora Design Associates and Square Acre Studios.

Junior Planner
Henry Snyder
Mr. Snyder became a part of TDG in June of 2023 as a Junior Planner, having earned a B.S. in Urban Planning and Design from Rutgers Bloustein School that same year.Before joining TDG, he gained valuable experience through internships at Greener by Design and Rutala Associates.

Junior Landscape Architect
Joey Notte
Mr. Notte joined the TDG team in 2023 as a Junior Landscape Architect after graduating from The Pennsylvania State University and receiving his Bachelors in Landscape Architecture in May 2023. While at Penn State, Joey was a part of their ALSA chapter LASS, and also a Teaching Assistant for the Arts and Architecture department.​

Administrative Assistant
Courtney Blazer
Ms. Blazer joined the TDG team in 2017 and provides office and administrative assistance with day to day operations. Courtney Blazer is a 2010 graduate from Stockton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance. Courtney has also been a dance teacher since 2009.

Administrative Assistant
Colleen Boyce
Mrs. Colleen Boyce joined TDG in 2024 as a Planning Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, supporting the organization with its daily administrative needs.
She brings over 25 years of experience in administrative office roles. Colleen is also an active volunteer with several non-profit organizations and is a strong advocate for giving back to the community.

Landscape Barkitect
Chloe
As an on staff Barkitect, Chloe “runs” the day-to-day business in lieu of walks. In the conference room she sniffs out any issues and is known to perform her best 2-legged spin to get a tasty treat! Chloe’s contribution to the team is bark-non as she has the undeniable ability to make you laugh and smile as she squeaks her favorite toys!

Landscape Barkitect
Nellie
As a TDG Barkitect, Nellie may seem more like a wallflower but she serves as our on-site security system! Barking out intruders at every turn, no one is getting past without paying the petting toll! Nellie will peek around the corner with her K-9 vision for a “cookie” when you least expect it! Napping on the job is one of her many unleashed qualities!
